Decorating a space for your newborn is an exciting, fulfilling journey. From picking a color scheme for your child to adding adorable accents, every moment of the process will be meaningful and special.
As decoration for children used to include colorful, and high pitched items, the
newest nursery trends lean towards balanced, earthy tones. I have to say, I like this kind of decoration, and sometimes want to buy these cute carpets or toys for myself :) .
Let's not forget that this is a room for a child- Therefore, mixing colors and adding a playful touch is desired, as long as everything blends in. Cute accents that feature stars, rainbows the sun or the moon are always welcome. A collaboration of earth tones and prints, accompanied by wood furniture can create a warm space that reflects a sense of security and coziness for your child.

I think this mobile is not only an eye-catcher for small humans but also for grown-ups. The best thing is that it suits most color schemes.

This cute rug adds a good pop of color to the child's room. Even if the room is simple, the carpet can add so much to the ambiance.
Rainbow Wall Decor
I think this small decor rainbow is just cute. I would use it to cover up a boring wall, maybe hang one or two over the babies' crib or changing table, to give them something interesting to look at while getting changed.
Creating the perfect room for your child is simple once you pick the right mix of colors.
